Ferrari has revealed its first-ever electric car, called the Ferrari Luce. The Italian luxury sports car brand has entered the EV market with a powerful and futuristic model that combines performance with practicality. Unlike traditional Ferrari cars, the Luce gets a cleaner and more minimalist design. It is also Ferrari’s first 5-seater vehicle.
The Ferrari Luce comes with four electric motors, one on each wheel, producing a massive 1,050 bhp. The electric supercar can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 310 km/h. It uses a large 122 kWh battery pack and supports 350 kW fast charging. Ferrari claims the EV can deliver up to 530 km driving range on a single charge.
Inside, the Luce gets a premium cabin with Samsung OLED screens, a large panoramic roof, sporty steering wheel, and fighter jet-inspired controls. Ferrari has also added rear-wheel steering and active suspension for better handling. The company says special sound systems create amplified motor sounds to maintain the sporty driving feel Ferrari is known for.
