This special edition is based on the top-spec Rubicon variant. It pays tribute to the original 1941 Willys military Jeep. The SUV comes in a unique “41 Green” color inspired by the army shade of the classic Willys model. A ‘1941’ decal is placed on the hood to highlight the year when the Willys MB entered mass production. Buyers can also choose from regular colors like red, black, and white.
In terms of features, the Wrangler 1941 Willys Special Edition gets powered side steps, new grab handles inside the cabin, all-weather floor mats, and front and rear dash cameras. These additions make it more practical for off-road driving. Jeep also offers an optional accessory package for an extra ₹3.6 lakh. This pack includes a Sunrider roof and a side ladder with roof carrier, giving it a more adventure-ready look.
Mechanically, there are no changes. The SUV continues with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 270 hp and 400 Nm of torque. It comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a 4x4 system.
Special editions like this are popular among SUV enthusiasts. With a lower price and limited availability, this Wrangler is expected to attract strong demand once again.
